I think it’s always important to know a little about the person you are considering as your coach. So here’s a little about me professionally and personally.
My background is as a learning and leadership development specialist at some of the UK’s largest companies and across a variety of sectors (please feel free to check out my verified Linked-In profile using the link at the bottom of the page).
As well as being a member of senior leadership teams, I also had my own, often remotely based, team to lead and I therefore understand first hand the very real challenges in business and their potential to adversely impact our performance and hold us back as a leader.
I combine my 25+ years of expertise as a leadership development professional and coach with my varied commercial experiences to bring a unique ability to support, challenge and share insight, thereby enabling you to reflect, learn and move decisively forward, quickly.
My approach is warm, empathic and encouraging. I am however also commercial and outcome driven. I will at times challenge your thinking and your mindset, but will do so in a supportive way, designed to stretch you towards actualising your potential.
I will be your biggest advocate and will truly care about you and your progress.

Personal information:
I live on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, not far from Skipton, where I love nothing more than spending time amongst, and being in awe of, the natural beauty that surrounds my home, despite the Yorkshire weather!
I never take myself too seriously, enjoy a good sense of humour and endeavour to keep things simple professionally and personally.
I’m supported to be my best by my best-boy Barnaby who aces walks, cuddles and tennis ball skills equally. I always enjoy my first coffee of the day - which I try to hold off devouring until around 11 each day (I know - such willpower right?!) I’m also lucky enough to have recently trained as an interior designer and get a really positive kick from helping people fall in love with their home. I offer this service through a sister company - AtP Interior Design.
